 Chicken Kudu is a unique and famous recipe throughout the Arabian Gulf countries, especially Saudi Arabia. They are cotton patties with chicken, cheese, peppers and onions and they are delicious.

How to make Kudu pancakes with chicken


Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cups hot whole milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • an egg white
  • 2 tbsp powdered milk
  • 1 Tbsp: instant yeast - sugar
  • ¾ tsp: Salt - Baking Soda - White Vinegar
  • Preparation for the filling: 700 g chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 200 g grated cheese: cheddar - mozzarella
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 piece: Onion, winged - Green pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons: lemon juice-ketchup-mayonnaise
  • ⅔ tsp: salt - black pepper - soy sauce - wasabi

  1. Place liquid milk, milk powder, oil, egg whites, vinegar, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Put 2 tablespoons of filling on each piece, put a spoonful of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on each piece, close the sides, then roll the dough into a roll, repeat the process until all are ready, then place half of the roll Cover the pan with butter paper, cover the lid and let it stand for 20 minutes, then coat the face with a mixture of egg yolk and vinegar, sprinkle with sesame seeds and coriander, put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes until cooked Ripe, turning brown and golden.
