Ingredients Coffee-flavoured truffle

  • 500 grams of chocolate, cut into small pieces
  • 450 ml of liquid cream
  • 200 grams of melted chocolate, for coating
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate in the shape of a coffee bean
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee


How to prepare Coffee flavoured truffle

  1. We put the liquid cream in a bowl on low heat and wait until it gets completely heated up, then add the chocolate and coffee pieces and stir for 10 minutes until the chocolate melts, then add the butter and stir, then pour into a tightly closed container and put it in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours until the prepared mixture hardens well.
  2. Then, after the specified time has elapsed, we take it out of the refrigerator and shape it into balls of equal size, then dip it in melted chocolate and a half it in a tray covered with butter paper and decorate it with chocolate grains in the form of coffee beans and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour until the chocolate layer hardens, then we pour it into the serving dish.
