Modus Operandi Of The Turkish Cake Rivani

  • 2 cups semolina
  • 1.75 cups flour
  • 1 cup:
  • vegetable oil - syrup or syrup
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coconut for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon:
  • baking powder - yoghurt
  • grate the orange peel

Preparation method Turkish relevant cake

  1. Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix well with an electric mixer until a uniform foam is formed. Add the orange juice, oil, yoghurt and orange peel and mix well until all the ingredients are even. Mix together, then gradually add baking powder, flour, and semolina, stirring until you have a thick, uniform mixture. Next, grease a tray, pour the prepared cake mixture into it, put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes, take it out and let it cool slightly, then pour the syrup on top.
