How to prepare Iraqi Mash Soup
- We put the mash in a saucepan with hot water and wait for it to cook for 30 minutes until it is completely cooked, then grind it in an electric blender and put it in a fine strainer, then put it back and put it in the same pan. Wash the rice and stir occasionally and add salt and black pepper, then finely chop the onions, fry in a pan over medium heat with butter for 10 minutes until golden, then add half the amount to the soup prepared and cooked for 10 minutes. then pour it into a dish and decorate its face with the other half of the fried onions.
