Ingredients Cocoa fudge candy


  • 200 grams of flour
  • 250 grams of roasted peanuts in the oven
  • ½ cup of regular sugar
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 4 tablespoons: butter - honey for face painting
  • 1 tablespoon: powdered sugar - blossom water
  • One egg white
  • pinch of salt


How to prepare Cocoa fudge candy


  1. Put the peanuts and half a cup of sugar in the grinder and grind well until we get a slightly cohesive and moldable cocoa paste. In a bowl put the flour, powdered sugar and salt and stir, then add the melted butter and rub well, then add water and blossom water and knead for 5 minutes until we get a homogeneous and solid dough We cover it with cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes. We roll it out using a rolling pin with a thin thickness. We form the cocoa dough in the form of a thin cylinder, put it on the edge of the rolled dough, wrap the dough around it, and then close the edges with egg whites to get a thin and long cylinder, which we cut diagonally into pieces of equal size and using With the knife, we make slits on the face. We describe it in a tray covered with butter paper, and we put it in the oven at a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes until it is completely cooked, then we take it out of the oven and brush it with honey.
