Ingredients Kebab with milk

  • 2 kilograms of yoghurt
  • 1 kilogram of finely minced meat
  • 1 grated onion
  • ½ cup of corn oil
  • 3 tablespoons: corn starch - chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon: salt - garlic powder - black pepper - kebab seasoning
  • 1 cube of chicken broth
  • To decorate 2 tablespoons: of roasted nuts - chopped parsley

How to prepare Kebab with milk

  1. Add salt, black pepper, onion, garlic powder, kebab seasoning, and chopped parsley, and mix well until we get a homogeneous mixture, then we form the mixture in the form of fingers, then put the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat, wait until it heats up, then remove the kebab and leave it for 7 minutes until it is cooked and browned, and then we put it On absorbent wipes to get rid of excess oil.
  2. Put the milk in the electric mixer, then add the starch and mix well, then pour it into a bowl and raise it over medium heat with continuous stirring until boiling, then add the chicken broth cube and stir until it dissolves and mixes with the milk, then add the kebab on top and leave it for 7 minutes until the ingredients overlap together, then pour into the serving dish Garnish with nuts and parsley and serve alongside rice or toasted bread.
