How to prepare Tunisian tagine bey


  1. Put the vegetable oil in a bowl over medium-high heat, then add the chopped onion and soak for 5 minutes until softened, then add the ground beef and some salt and pepper, stir and soak for 15 minutes until the meat is fully cooked, set aside Let it cool on the side then put the butter in a sauté pan over medium heat then add the spinach and some salt and pepper and stir for 15 minutes until softened and set then we put it in a colander to remove the liquid from it.

We mix the minced meat with a third of the amount of cheese, the yolks of 2 eggs, a tablespoon of cream and a pinch of pepper, stir until the ingredients interfere with each other, then spread the meat mixture on a tray and put in the oven at 180 ° C Roast for 10 minutes at 100°C until the face turns red, then in a side bowl, combine the spinach with the third cheese, a tablespoon of heavy cream, 4 eggs, some salt and pepper, and toss until the ingredients are combined, then Pour over the roast and place the slices in the oven for another 10 minutes, until browned on the sides too, then mix the ricotta with the cream cheese and the remaining eggs and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, toss to coat and pour over, then pour over the spinach on the baking sheet, and return to the oven to bake for 10 minutes, until the top turns red and golden brown.
