Potato rusk is a unique recipe that is easy to prepare. It has only two ingredients, potatoes and starch. It only takes a few minutes to prepare. It is very sweet and delicious. It is served as a snack or as a snack. .

  • 2 boiled potatoes, sliced 
  • 1.5 cups of cooking oil for frying 
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch 
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame 
  • ½ teaspoon of salt 
  • ¼ teaspoon: black pepper - cumin powder - red pepper 

How to prepare

We put potatoes in a bowl and pour them in a potato masher, add salt, pepper, cumin and chilli, mix well, then add starch and knead until you get a homogeneous and malleable dough. We form the dough with fingers of the same size and length, sprinkle it with sesame, then put cooking oil in a frying pan with a large surface on medium heat and fry the formed fingers for 7 minutes until they take on a golden colour. and become crunchy, then put them on absorbent paper to absorb excess oil, then put them on a display plate and correct them here.
