How to prepare Algerian market al-mule

  1. We mix the filling, which is pasta dates, flower water, cinnamon and Arabic ghee until you get a uniform paste. We grow it in the form of a finger and 10 cm long. We leave it until the dough is ready. Put semolina, butter, vegetable oil and salt in a large bowl, mix with your hands without kneading, then add water and flower water little by little. And mix well until a uniform mixture is obtained, and let it stand for 30 minutes.
  2. We collect the dough in our hands to get a simple dough and make it into a 10-centimetre stick, then we spread each finger in the hand, put a finger of filling and close the dough beans on all sides, then we cut it with a knife diagonally until we get pellets, then we put vegetable oil in a hot pan and wait until when it's hot, then we add the pellets to the pan and let it stand for 5 minutes until it turns red and takes. and gold colour. We remove it from the oil, fry it well, then add it to the honey, fry it and put it on the plate. Health here.
